I was the Founder/CEO of The Essex Group in Essex, CT where I led a great group of professionals helping clients from Maryland to Maine get what they wanted faster and easier than they ever would have working alone. 

Meanwhile, I spent over a decade teaching graduate level leadership at RPI. Before that, I was in the U.S. Navy submarine service.

Now I live in SW Florida , I’m mostly on my own and work with you in one-to-one sessions.

My lovely wife and I have been married nearly four decades. Together our goal is ‘Collecting Experiences’.
